Our partner is a globally recognised logistics service provider, supporting high‑tech and industrial clients with complex supply chain solutions. Due to continuous growth and new project launches, they are looking to strengthen their operations team with an experienced Shift Leader.
Your new role
As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of a warehouse/logistics unit, ensuring smooth workflow, high productivity and compliance with quality standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating a team of warehouse operators during the shift
- Ensuring operational KPIs (productivity, accuracy, service level) are achieved
- Monitoring workflow and resolving operational issues proactively
- Supporting onboarding, training and development of team members
- Cooperating with internal stakeholders (quality, planning, engineering)
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and company policies
- Preparing shift reports and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a team leader / shift leader role (logistics, warehouse or manufacturing environment)
- Strong people management and organisational skills
- Ability to work in shift schedule
- Good problem-solving mindset and hands-on attitude
- Basic digital literacy (WMS/ERP experience is an advantage)
- Intermediate level of English or Hungarian, depending on reporting line
- LEAN / continuous improvement exposure is a plus
